We have vacancies for Maketing / Sales / BD professionals for our clients who are a professionally managed organisation based in Worli, Mumbai. The organisation aims to provide retail-analytics solutions to help kiranas & general stores to professionalise & automate their processes with a view to improving their efficiency, turnover & profitablilty. Our clients will enable small & medium sized retail outlets to analyse the fmcg brand offtake trends at the retail stores to provide solutions to vastly improve thes sales & profitability of the outlets. Assistant Manager - Marketing:

Job Profile:

- Trade marketing – plan and manage the execution of trade marketing / BTL programmes, road shows, town halls and other alliances and partnerships to target potential retailers into the program

- Consumer marketing – create awareness and pull for the company’s programs, for both retailers as well as consumers

- Ensure effective execution in line with the agreed objectives

- Plan and execute a pre-agreed calendar of events and promotions

Internal Interfaces

- Liaison with Business Development & Sales teams

- Liaison with regional teams for marketing execution at local levels

External Interfaces

- Interaction with external agencies and vendors

- Third party alliances and partners in the trade

Desired skills - Functional

- Trade marketing

- BTL promotions

- Local activations

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 2 to 6 years experience in planning trade marketing / BTL promotions and activations, planning roadshows, marketing aimed at retailers and consumers PR, Brand Building & Management, Customer Trend Analysis & Research from FMCG/ Food organisations. Experience in PR, Brand Building & Management, Customer Trend Analysis & Research. Must have experience of Building Brand Strategy from ground up. Experience with start-ups will be a big plus. Annual CTC offered: 8 lakhs to 10 lakhs
