I have started this Organisation after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR..

My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large Indian MNC

POSITION - Sales HR position- (Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr.Manager).. Experience - 5 to 9 yrs

Locations : Noida (National Role), Kolkata (Regional Role), Bangalore (Regional Role), and Mumbai (Regional Role),

NOTE : Please do not share your profile if you do not have Sales HR exp

Should be strong in end to end HR process for a Sales Organisation..

Good Experience in a Sales Organisation like FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Insurance/Banking Sales Industry is a must..

Role Summary

- Will provide HR solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Will work with the Sales Leadership in the target setting process.

The position will consults on HR Projects and solutions within applicable HR Policies, Processes & Programs to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR program related topics. The main KRA would be :

- Talent Acquisition - Ensure quality and timely recruitment of resources. Strategize for low cost hiring and develop alternate hiring plans for the region.

- Talent Management - Plan robust reward and recognition plan, retain best talents

- Talent Development - Capability building programmes for region, develop review mechanism, conduct talent review process and succession planning for the region.

- Talent Engagement - Action plans as per engagement scores, conduct monthly engagement activities, create communication platform

- Self Development
