AM/Manager - Recruitment - Non IT

- Heading the Non IT recruitment teams which specialize into recruitment for the Automobile, Auto Ancillary, Heavy Engineering, Oil and Gas, Construction in India as well as the Gulf region.

- Also heading the business development team in India.

- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate with all clients and manage the team of non IT in the organization.

- Working with direct client involved in full life cycle of recruitment.

- Effectively recruited candidates through social networking sites, and job boards (i.e. Monster, Times, Naukri) Internet research, internal database, Network sites, referrals, and other strategies.

- Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and screening them (questioning) - depending on skill set level etc. to ensure candidate substantiates what is on the resume.
