Looking for AM / Manager - Recruitments for a client in the ecommerce industry to be based out of Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing complete Talent Acquisition division majorly from technical hiring standpoint.
- Creating and implementing all policies and process from recruitment standpoint.
- Manpower planning for Tech vertical in accordance with various key stakeholders
- Responsible for the end-to-end technology hiring & recruitment process for all levels within timelines defined.
- Advising hiring managers regarding appropriate talent acquisition strategies, Screening CV's and coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Managing offer rollouts & onboarding of new employees
