AM/Manager - Recruitment - BFS/Capital Market Domain - KPO (10-15 yrs)
- Candidates with min 10 - 15 years of experience in ITES recruitment.
- Hands on work exposure in BFS recruitment at across levels.
- To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group
- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other adhoc reports.
- Establishing and maintaining high delivery and quality standards within the team to deliver exceptional client service and help brand the company as an employer of choice.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships including senior leaders
- Excellent communication as well as negation skills is a must.
