Urgent opening for a Chemical Company at Mumbai  - Looking for candidates experience with Rigid Packaging & working or worked with Packaging companies like Equity packaging, Essel pro pack etc.  Location : Mumbai (HO)  Age (in yrs.) : Below 35yrs  Educational Qualification : Graduate Engg / Packaging Degree like IIP, SIES, Dip in Packaging  Desirable : Exp in packaging industry, analytical   Yrs of Exp : 5 to 10 yrs  Job responsibilities:  - To study the Packaging requirements to introduce Packaging innovations and implement Sustainable Packaging concepts.  - Customer complaint handling related to packaging.  Design & Development:  - Designing & developing of primary packaging material like PET/Foil laminated pouches, Labels, Carton, Blow moulded bottles, Injection moulded caps etc.  - Analyzing & developing packaging samples & structures after defining packaging for shipper Ensuring feasibility & robustness of package/ packaging process designs, and documents and implementing the technical in puts at the plant floor.  - Overseeing development & implementation of packages and processes including design generation, container stuffing, functionality & quality testing.  Process Improvement/ Optimization:  - Undertaking planning and execution of packaging & manufacturing processes for attaining optimum productivity by proper use of resources viz. man, machinery, and material.  - Strategically developing process control specification & standards as well as evaluating change in equipment, machinery, modernization, automation, new concept, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.  - Conducting Packaging Material Trials.  - Coordination with Regulatory, Quality, Purchase, Production and Marketing for new product Launches.  Competencies Expected:  Technical:  - SAP   - Troubleshooter  Generic:  - Analytical  - People Management
