Candidate should have been part of Legal department of a large corporation.  Qualification - LLB/LLM 	 Age - 25-33 Years 	 Years of experience - 5-9 Years.  Location: Pune   Critical skills:  Should have good experience in drafting all types of contractual agreements in Oil, Gas, Refinery/Petrochemical Projects and the ability to close complex commercial agreements and legal negotiations. Besides candidate should have good experience in drafting, vetting, negotiating, NDA’s, Distribution Agreements, Sourcing agreements, consortium agreements, government tenders, MOU’s etc. The candidate should be detail oriented, should be able to independently identify contractual risks, analyze and highlight them, devise appropriate risk mitigation etc   - Should have good experience in handling commercial, tax, Arbitration, cheque bounce cases and other litigation.   - Experience on compliance related issues would be an added advantage.   - Should have worked as a corporate lawyer advising organization on all legal areas   - Ability to think and decide quickly, and to communicate legal issues and solutions clearly and concisely.   - Ability to provide rapid, practical, business-oriented legal/commercial contract advice   Job responsibilities:  - To ensure all legal interests of company are adequately protected in all areas of its business operations.   - The candidate should be able to handle litigation independently, device suitable strategy, provide appropriate instructions to external counsel from time to time.   Should have prior experience in handling external counsels.   - Ensure compliance with Co's policies.   - To structure, review and negotiate contracts   - To liaise closely with HR, finance, operations and other functions   - To represent Legal Department in client presentations/meetings when required.   - Support all departments including Operations, HR etc. including advising on claims & notices.   - To review and advice on implications of new legislation.   - To reply to legal notices.   - To assist Legal Head in M&A activities.   - Travel occasionally as required   - To provide training on legal and compliance issues where required.   - Assist Legal Head in conducting internal investigations   - Work on any other matters as directed by the Head Legal.   Job Location - Pune  Reporting Lines  This role reports directly to Head Legal for India.  Skills & Qualifications  - Degree or post graduation in Law from a reputed law school.   - Good Commercial and financial acumen;   - Good verbal & written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;   - Fluent in English; Fluency in Hindi & other Indian languages would be as added asset;  - Proven track record of handling commercial situations to reach good outcomes;  - Proven ability to work successfully within a matrix organization and at various levels of management across business units and geographies;   - Stay abreast of legal developments affecting the company.   - Hard working, well-organized, detail oriented and quick learner.  - Independent and motivated who can work without supervision;   - Willing and able to work on general legal matters as instructed by the Head Legal.   - Ability to multi task.   - Impeccable Integrity.   - Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, constantly changing environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to act decisively;   - Demonstrable ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize several complex projects simultaneously;  - Help develop and understand, risk mitigation strategies for contractual risks
