Experience: 3-5 years

Qualification: LLB (from reputed college/ universities)

Profile:

- Maintenance of statutory records & registers under applicable laws & rules for PAN India offices

- Preparation and filing of periodic returns with departments

- Obtaining registrations, renewals, permissions & licenses under applicable laws & rules

- Handling inspections, investigations by labour department

- Handling of show cause notices, response & closure with labour department

- Handling customer, vendor labour & facility related audits

CTC- Max 9 Lacs p.a.

2. Legal - Manager - Compliance

Exp: 7 - 9 Years; CTC- 13 L p.a.

Qualification: CS + LLB

Profile:

- Handled compliance function in MNC set-up.

- Experience in opening & closing foreign entities, drafting & review of company policies, advising HR & Immigration team on labor matters independently.

- Experience in conducting Compliance audit, internal investigations & submitting report for top management.

- Fluent spoken and written English, expert in MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
