Location : Gurgaon  Roles and Responsibilities :   - Work with CIA to establish the strategic direction of internal audit  - Facilitate an annual risk assessment and preparation of the risk based audit plan for organization and its subsidiaries  - Attending meetings with functional stakeholder and effectively closing the loop on the audit points with the management  - Finalizing audit reports and management presentations   - Present main findings of the audits to various leadership members.  - Review various policies and procedures and provide suggestions from controls point of view  Essential Skills :   - Extensive experience in managing assignments in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Management Audit, Process and controls review  - Very good interpersonal skills   - Able to handle multiple audits and projects across functions and locations   - Have conceptual knowledge of managing project economics and profitability  Experience :   AM : 3-5 yrs  Manager : 5-7yrs  Qualification :   - CA or MBA Finance from reputed B School  - Additional qualification such as CISA/CIA would be preferred
