AM/Manager - Human Resource - Educational eCommerce

Looking for a HR Manager for a leading Educational eCommerce company in India.

- The desired candidate should have 4-7 years experience in managing entire gamut of HR activities such as Recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, HR Dashboard etc. RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.

- He/She should be a full time MBA and preferably have experience in working with a good start up organisation or eCommerce industry or learning / education industry or from a IT / BPO company with strong recruitment experience.

- He/She should have excellent communication and coordination skills.

- The candidate should be from Bangalore ONLY. Preferably a female candidate.
