Our client is a TOP Retail client and base location is Bangalore.

Client is expending therefore we are looking for seasoned HR Business Partner to manage "Sales" / "Operation" workforce.

There are multiple positions with different Level & Grade. Therefore we are keeping experience open from 2 Yrs to 5 Yrs.

Industry Preference - Any SERVICE Industry

Position : HR Business Partner (AM & Manager Level - 3 Positions)

Reporting : HR Head

Location : Bangalore

Education : Tier 1 B School / Institutes (XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis, IMT, MDI, NMIMS, FMS, SPJIMR)

For AM Level we can look at these Institutes as well - XISS, T. A. Pai Management Institute, XIMB and GIM

Batch - 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011

Job Profile:

- This role is responsible for enabling Business needs by playing role of face and voice of employees and ensures good culture for employees to work efficiently.

- Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition

- Organizational Analysis and Talent Management.

- Implement reward and recognition schemes, communicate new schemes as appropriate with relevant guidelines in order to ensure that talent is appropriately recognized, motivated and developed.

- Develop HR plan for business based on priorities of each businesses

- Design and implement effective employee attraction and retention strategies.

- Driving the identification and development of successors for key roles, effective execution of the Performance Management System to achieve organisational goals.

- Formulation, implementation & monitoring of HR strategies / policies aligned to Business.

- Creating Manpower Budgets in discussion with Functional Head and monitor the same.

- Perform HR Diagnostics and roll out Engagement programs

- Driving employee satisfaction and engagement initiatives.

- Providing inputs to L & D team for developing Training.
