AM/Manager - Corporate Accounts & Fixed Assets Accounting - CA (4-8 yrs)
Role Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing of all actual numbers and providing insights for improvements
- Preparing monthly Corporate Financial MIS (incl. comparing Actuals to Budget, Forecast and LY) and redesign it from time to time to suite changing needs
- Oversight & Control over (i) General Ledger, (ii) Accounts Structure & Descriptions, (iii) Accounting Policies, (iv) All Finance Physical & Soft Documents and (v) Trust Accounts
- Booking of all capital expenditure bills and issuing of DNs, if any; ensuring compliance policies and Accounting Standards
- Maintaining of Fixed Assets register in Navision and making details for accounting MIS and Audits
- Monitoring all Capex to Board approved Project Financials; release regular monthly report relating to this
- Partnering with Procurement team and advising on Finance & Taxation related issues
- Ensuring that all assets are fully insured, incl. transit insurance for major Assets
- Supervising Fixed Assets physical verifications
- Working out Depreciation from Navision / Other ERPs
- Developing strong Banking relationships, and networking with Bankers to ensure that the company gets best service and facilities from them
- Negotiate terms with Bankers, particularly relating to Forex
- Coordinate for TransUnion US information requirements with others in FASST and with other functions
- Preparation & Filing of XBRL Accounts
- Helping in Navision automation in areas of payments, monthly MIS and Sch. III
- Ensuring compliance of all Legal requirements in own area
- Responsible for existence of proper internal controls and ensuring timely statutory & internal audits in own area
- Complying with ISO27001 standard with respect to own area
- Other responsibilities or priorities that may be given by the immediate Senior or CFO, from time to time.
Qualification Required : CA
Experience Required : Minimum 4 years related experience with a reputed medium / large
Organization in IT, Banking & Finance, Insurance Sector; with good experience in areas specified above.
Working knowledge of TDS, VAT, WCT, PF, PT, ESI, Gratuity and Service Tax requirements.
