AM/Manager - Communication Specialist - BFSI (3-7 yrs)
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role will be to drive the Employee Communications and Engagement agenda.
The role will also give an opportunity to add value by:
- Creating Best in Class Communications channel for the unit.
- Running a successful Employee Engagement agenda for the unit.
Key Responsibilities (covering a multitude of roles):
Communications:
- Creation and Publication of Centre Level Monthly Newsletter
- Creating a Best in Class communications channel. Includes creating and updating content for the Employee Notice boards, Soft Boards, Updating Employee Profile book
- Preparation and updation of Monthly Sr. Mgmt. decks
- Creating and managing the website / portal Local as well as at the Center level
- Working and coordinating with various Internal Centre level committees
- Managing and Organizing Townhalls at the Center level
Employee Engagement:
- Leading the Employee Engagement activities across the floor
- Managing the Rewards and Recognition Program for the unit at the local and at the Central level.
- Organizing and covering all the events within the unit.
- Organizing and coordinating various employee engagement activities
- Organizing Connect Sessions with visiting seniors
Other Projects:
- Assisting on managing Center Level Actual and Plan
- Being a part of Central Committees to drive the said agenda for the unit.
