Currently we are looking CA with minimum 4 to 8 years of experience

Location : Mumbai & Delhi

Key Responsibilities :

- Delivering on time, regular and accurate data (Finance and Operations specifically) to provide more visibility into business performance metrics (not just accounting data) for review of business performance by the CEO and the PE investors.

- Role will involve taking the lead in managing investor relations so far as it concerns business finance.

- Assistance in defining the scope and driving the internal audit process with the internal audit firm

- Deliver monthly Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements, review of statutory compliances and take the lead to liaison with the statutory auditors in completion of the audit create rolling cash flow forecasts.

- Estimate and monitor ‘expense runway’

- Review/Get involved in budgetary and performance measurement systems to help CEO, Board and Investors track Actual v/s Budgets

- Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) around Finance and Business Processes, Finalize hierarchies of reporting structures, approval hierarchies and Chart of Accounts, suggest and make such improvements needed to strengthen internal controls.

- Develop rules on Profit Center by services. This will involve generating P&L’s for individual services to allow the consolidation of all Center P&Ls into the Company P&L.

- To play the role of a Chief Commercial Officer involving negotiations with suppliers customers and bankers, input on pricing decisions, vetting of commercial covenants in contracts, calculating return on investment/ payback period for the company in the case of proposed investments and to ensure the company's interests are protected at any given point in time.
