With strong banking knowledge and ten (10) years relevant work experience in business process review and consultancy in a Banking environment   Location - Doha, Qatar   Position Title - Change Management and Operational Excellence  Role report to - Head, Change Management & Operational Excellence   Individual contributor role   Main Duties   Involved in Change Management and Operational excellence initiatives at the Bank  Leading Transformation projects using various automated tools available  Involved in High Impact projects in order to increase efficiency in day to day operations and improve customer satisfaction.  Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Automation (Robotics) projects.  Responsible for monitoring the business performance of various verticals in the bank.  - Assist in the development of policies in accordance with the board's mandate and senior management's initiatives, goals and business strategies   - Facilitate adequately documented processes and procedures in support of policies   - Facilitate the incorporation of governance, accountability and compliance in the review and development of policies and procedures   - Assist in the development of procedures and workflow charts   Expected Profile :  8 - 10 yrs of previous experience in high impact Change management projects for a Bank / Banking client  Six Sigma Certified Black Belt  Experience in review of banking operations process design & documentation from operational, risk and quality perspective.   Good Communication and executive presence.
