AM/Manager - Business Development - Project Sales - Interior/Building Material

Job Role:

- Net Sales Value & volume - by managing proper product mix as per budget.

- Number of projects won and lost.

- New customers added during the year.

- Satisfactory contacts with Architects, PMCs & Institutions.

- Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with manager

- Confirming all orders closed & enquiries generated to customers and channel partners through Enq / Order forms only.

- Ensuring CRM/ ERP data updations

- Ensuring Project Tracker is updated and monthly MIS to be submitted

Candidate Requirement :

- Candidate with Mumbai / Navi Mumbai work experience only preferred

- BE/ BTECH is a must
