Assistant Manager/ Manager  This position would act as 1st line of support for the HR systems and act as a bridge between the business and the HRIT team. The candidate would also be required to manage Security Administration and System  Maintenance activities.  This position would also act as a Business Analyst for HR functions. The Business Analyst role will require the incumbent to obtain a good understanding of the HR applications . He/she would act as an advisor to the business to ensure optimum utilization of the systems as well as suggest new enhancement/improvements for better user experience.  Role & Responsibilities include, but not limited to :  - System Expert - Understand the business processes and systems and suggest improvement by leveraging system functionalities.  - Provide solution to various system related issues / requirements by liaising with the functions and IT/Vendors.  - Manage effective channel of communication with all stakeholders.  - Relationship Management - Be the SPOC to liaise with the vendor for any issue/escalation related to system and support.  - Work closely with the regional and global HRIS teams on various project related activities.  - Maintain setup related information's in various HR applications.  - Maintain Application Security for HR applications  - Provide general support to all stakeholders on HR applications.  - Work closely with operations/functional team and provide training and updates in regards to system changes.  - Testing of any changes to HR application.  - Create and Maintain documentations.
