Job Description:

Position : Assistant Manager / Manager / AVP

Years of experience : 3 - 11 years

Location : Mumbai.

About the team:

- Risk Centralized Analytics team is responsible for Cross Portfolio analytics. This will include extensive use of alternate data available from digital environment, Big Data and use of tools like ‘R’, Data Meer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Should be able to lead the team in drawing out the Digital Landscape from risk management perspective.

- Exploring new digital tools and techniques to optimize risk strategies and be able to develop digital skill pool with-in Retail Services risk team.

- Coordinating re-engineering projects across all Retail Services portfolios, while incorporating strategy, objectives, and plans as they evolve.

- Collaborate with internal clients and external vendors to provide ongoing reporting and communication to senior Risk Management on the progress of projects

- Responsible for developing and implementing new strategy using data/score across for Retail Services portfolios.

- Develop standards and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of data or score.

- Constantly analyze customer information, profitability and risk dynamics of the Retail Services portfolios to identify opportunities in credit policy revision and process re-engineering and optimization.

Education qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance (Master’s Degree preferred)

Skill required : Experience in a credit card or financial institution doing quantitative analysis in a risk context.

Stated experience must include the following:

- Strong experience in Big Data and statistical modeling.

- Knowledge of credit policies and credit card life cycle in terms of products, acquisition channels, various ECM processes, and customer touch points, collections and Fraud.

- Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticate analysis using bureau/vendor data, customer performance data and marketing data to solve business problems.

- Good understanding of the digital landscape and what information could be used for risk optimization

- Highly proficient in Excel/pivot tables and PowerPoint.

- Strong programming skills in advanced SAS and SQL in mainframe, UNIX and PC environments.
