Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager – Audit

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct periodic SOX reviews across

- Preparation of SOX disclosures and reporting as required by regulatory authorities

- Understand the risk profile of the Company and constantly update risk framework

- Drive the development of and execute against risk-based audit plans that clearly define the objective and scope of each review, employing critical thinking and appropriate testing methodologies

Skills:

- Should be an expert with high knowledge and experience on SOX compliance and Internal Audit on various engagements for MNC or top Indian corporate houses

- Good communication skills

- Good technical knowledge, analytical and team management skill

Person:

- Process oriented, reasonably tech savvy

- Logical thinker, fast learner

- Willing to travel

Education:

- Should be a CA

- Should have 2-5 years post Qualification Experience

- Should have expertise in Audits

- Should be from a CA firm or a Big 4 or from consulting industry

- Should have cleared CA with less than 3 attempts.
