AM/Manager - Analytics - BPO

We have requirements for Analytics Assistant Manager/Manager

Conducts data analyses and reports results associated with a study using SPSS SAS and other statistical analysis software May use SPSS or other programming languages

Summarizes statistical results of a project by creating graphs tables and charts Interprets and conveys results to project leaders Operations Leader and or clients Refines statistical models after consultation

Advises other Data Analysts and Operations leader on the most appropriate statistical techniques to be used in particular projects

Designs large datasets in conjunction with systems programmers

Knowledge of basic statistical concepts eg significance testing sampling etc with working knowledge of multi variate statistics ie regression analysis cluster analysis CHAID etc

Results driven mind-set with demonstrated ability to drive quantifiable result

Demonstrated ability to interpret analytic output and provide strategic recommendations

Identify trends and patterns of behavior quickly and efficiently

Qualification- Msc Stats is must.
