For it Inside sales team it requires:  AGM : 1  Manager: 1  Assistant Mgr :2  Role specs:   - Assistant Mgr level : Generating leads through research & cold calling key decision makers.   - Mgr & AGM levels: Marginal cold calling; more of supervisory role.  Common to all levels:  - Assist the sales team in approaching prospective clients.  - Research on verticals and identify opportunities for new business. Understand customer pain points, challenges and SWOT .   - Prepare Dossier on prospects and opportunities which can be presented.   - Track industry/ market intelligence.  - Bid Management including documentation of collateral's, solution development  - Respond to proposals and information requests.  - Team handling.  Candidate specs:  - Should be in a similar role with a BPO/ KPO / ITES brand.   - Should be comfortable working in US shifts.   - No IT pre sales candidates.  Please Note:  Shifts: Evening [US].   Level based on work experience.  Location : Mumbai [ Local candidates only]  Salary up to 16 lacs [ based on work experience & levels.]
