RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Maintaining the Books of Accounts for manufacturing unit as well as marketing office till the Finalization.  - Statutory compliances: All statutory compliances related to: -   i) TDS – Deduction, Timely deposit, correction statement, Issuance of TDS certificates, Preparation & Filing of TDS return.  ii) Service Tax - Timely deposit, Cenvat utilization record, Preparation & Filing of service Tax return.  iii) VAT & Luxury Tax - Timely deposit, Input Credit utilization record, Preparation & Filing of VAT return.  iv) Assessment related work of Sales Tax, Service Tax, TDS, etc.   - Preparation of Financial statement of the company  - Preparation of Plant Wastage Report on Monthly Basis.  - Monthly MIS for target vs. achievement/Scheme & SBP generation vs. spends/Sales & Collection actual vs. budget.  - Branch Accounting: Interaction with branches in respect of Reconciliation of Inter Office Accounts for Branch sales, cash, purchase, transfer of stock, Inventory management etc. Generate data for MIS report on Daily/ Weekly and monthly basis.  - Processing the payroll & Matter of PF, ESIC, PT, Loans and Advances.  - Complete Account of a Plant for deputation + Monthly Closing + AP + AR + Taxation + General Accounting  - Payroll Accounting : Monthly Salary Preparation, Calculation monthly PF & ESI Deduction & online Payment, Calculation of Bonus & Ex-gratia as per company norms, Taking of marketing and other staff tour advance & bill settlement,finalization of groups personal expenses as per auditors requirements.  Essential:  - Should have experience working on Tally  - Advanced Knowledge of MS Word and Excel  - Keen eye of detail  - Quick reaction time to changes in curriculum  - Good interpersonal relationships  Interested candidates can share their resumes
