JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant Manager

Reports to: Manager L&D

Location: Pune

Job purpose:

To design, deliver, manage and evaluate organizational L&D activities. To provide employees with professional L&D support, guidance and solutions.

Key performance indicators:

- Content Development

- Training Delivery

- Training Effectiveness and ROI

KEY TASKS:

- Support the development and implementation of the L&D plans for each role

- Liaise, support and advise L&D activities for stakeholder

- Design and delivery of L&D solutions, ensuring content and delivery meets business objectives.

- Manage L&D administration; tracking L&D requests and activities, monitoring Personal Development plans, course invitations, room bookings, evaluations and ROI

- Co-ordinate, design, deliver and evaluate L&D solutions; facilitate workshops, meetings, learning groups and training courses.

- Identify external vendors and other initiatives to support development activities.

- Coach, advise and/or guide employees on all aspects of L&D activities.

- Promote a positive learning organization and support and Implement changes

- Identify improvements to L&D processes, procedures and systems.

- Manage vendor payments and the learning library

KEY SKILLS

- Adult Learning techniques

- Content Development

Training Delivery

- Research & Analysis

- Design, delivery and evaluation of creative L&D solutions

- PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

Coaching

- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate in any field with 6 years of work experience

- Minimum 3 years of core training experience. Should have at least 1 year of training experience in Learning & Development related topics

DESIRABLE

- MBA/ BA in Psychology

- Experience of managing and coordinating Projects

- Knowledge of Coaching methodologies
