Position: Assistant Manager-Internal Audit ,Risk Advisory Services

Job Description for Internal Audit:

- responsible for execution of internal audit assignments - Audit, SOX, process review etc. (individually and as a team)

- understand client’s requirements, respond promptly to client requests and enquiries and consistently meet client needs

- support Managers in the process of preparing audit plans, audit program, and reports

Desired Profile:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in internal audit (preferably from the Internal Audit practice of a Big 4 or reputed Consulting firms, else exposure to Internal Audit in Industry will also do)

- should be able to understand complex business situations, risk and controls in ERP environment, identify gaps and suggest leading practices

- should be process-oriented and have strong analytical skills

- should be able to apply basic analysis tools/ techniques for data analysis

- have understanding of financial statements under Indian GAAP

- have knowledge and understanding of Internal Audit Framework (e.g. COSO Framework, Concept of Risk & Control Standards of the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing issued by the IIA)

- should be able to use/ apply tools (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Visio, ACL, etc.) and audit techniques (e.g. sampling)

- should posses excellent communication and report writing skills

- capability of dealing with big clients

- ability to handle pressure and manage complex situations

- willingness to travel (domestic and international)
