- Drive employer branding initiatives and build strong partnerships at top B school campuses

- Project Management of existing leadership development and talent recognition programs

- Lead the 'Operational Excellence' program with an aim to streamline process improvements and enhance efficiency of critical business processes

- Manage the Internal Communications portfolio
