Urgently looking for Assistant Manager- HR Business Partner role with Global MNC firm.

Location: Bangalore

Role:Assistant Manager-HR Business Partner

Years of experience- 4 to 6 years,

MBA (Mandatory) ( Looking from TIER-1 and 2 B-School from 2008 to 2009 batch)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Partner with business stakeholders in designing and executing the people agenda in alignment with the
business objectives

- Drive employee engagement; promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of organization and partner.

- Partner with the business to run an integrated performance management, talent management and compensation process and ensure that timely completion

- Translates business needs into a staffing strategy and works with the Resourcing partner to develop resource requirement plans.

- Maintain close contact with the central HR organization
