AM - Human Resource - BPO/KPO (3-6 yrs)
This position is with a US based KPO/ BPO for its captive unit in Bangalore.
Majorly looking for experience in IT/BPO/KPO industry.
Responsibilities:
- Should have extensive Experience in Employee engagement, Employee Grievance and Employee Retention.
- Should be a quick decision maker and Individual Contributor
- Effectively manage team that updates of our HRIS, records retention and administration, preparing paperwork for payroll and maintaining manual and computerized records.
- Regularly review operations performance and provide immediate snapshot views on operational data.
- Ensure reports are relevant, timely, and accurate.
- Analyze and interpret data, providing recommendations to the management
- Would be responsible to generate periodic MIS and validate accuracy of information on HRMS
- Interface between Ocwen India Operations and Corporate HR and Managing and Supporting information requests from Operations
- Creating & administering globally scalable HR processes and procedures for Ocwen
- Vendor Management
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of relevant Work experience.
- Expertise in MS Excel/ MS Access with VBA Programming
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree (Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics) required.
- MBA with specialization in HR and systems preferred.
- Understanding of Kronos, ADP and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Mid shift timings 3, 4 PM to 9 hrs
- 500 employees managed
- Reporting to Manager HR
- Individual Contributor Role
