Currently looking out for AM-HR for one of the leading Pharma MNC in Jagadia (Bharuch-Gujarat).

Position: AM-HR

Reporting to: HR Manager

Location: Jagadia (Bharuch-Gujarat)

Qualification:

- MBA-HR/MSW/MLW with 3-6 years of experience of working in manufacturing set up.

- Incumbent with hands on exposure to employee engagement activities, union management, and statutory compliance will be preferred.

- Ability to communicate in local language i.e. Gujarati is must.

- Good understanding of HR Operation.

- Exposure to employee engagement and CSR activities.

- Knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory provisions

Responsibilities:

- Person will be taking care of Generalist HR & he will be taking care of both HR & IR activities of this upcoming plant(Greenfield Project).

- Person from Greenfield project exposure will be an addeed advantage.

- Person should have execellent communication i.e. English along with local language i.e. Gujarati which is must
