- Implement employee engagement impact plan.
- Implement impact plan for reducing attrition.
- Monitor bottom quartile management.
- Track Individual development plan (associates to AM)
- Compliance(statutory & Others)
- Impart trainings on HR policies and procedures
- Grievance management.
Qualification - MBA from a recognized institute with specialization in HR .
Experience - 3-5 Years Experience
- ITes Industry only
- Working in NIGHT SHIFT must (2 AM - 11 AM)
- Pick & Drop facility
