This is Vijayta Kain from ABC Consultants.

We are hiring for one of our Leading Big 4 MNC client based in Gurgaon for Assistant Manager - HR Campus Relation position

Roles and responsibilities: Working closely with the campus lead, the individual would be required to deliver on the following roles and responsibilities:

1. Campus relations:

a. Maintain relationships with campus placement teams and other external contacts to facilitate the campus program across all campus categories. This involves staying connected with various campus placement teams and faculty members.

b. Be responsible for collecting campus intelligence data from various campuses through primary and secondary sources, including but not limited to gathering information from published reports available externally, collecting information from placement teams across campuses, drawing inferences from published campus rankings and collecting feedback and information from internal sources.

c. Stay abreast of changes across various campus categories and build relevant interventions to manage a high impact campus relations program for the firm.

d. Display a deep understanding of business requirements and utilize campus relations to manage expectations of multiple stake-holders’.

2. Campus initiatives:

a. Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen relations with campuses.

b. Work closely with the campus lead to drive ownership of the firm’s annual campus calendar.

c. Coordinate and help execute interviews, pre-placement talks, presentations, special events, career fairs and other recruitment and recruitment marketing initiatives.

d. Work with Markets to coordinate advertising and collaterals for campus initiatives

e. Coordinate with the recruiters in the HR to plan and execute campus activities.

f. Conceptualize, plan, execute and coordinate campus initiatives from start to finish, including but not limited to defining KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and ROI.

3. Campus process management:

a. Work with campus coordinators to facilitate on-campus and off-campus pre-placement talks, interviews and other campus process management activities to drive campus hiring objectives across multiple businesses.

b. Work with recruiters to schedule candidates and interviewers and prepare interviewers for campus visits. This would include documentation and operational responsibilities to manage campus recruitment for internships and final placements.

4. Candidate management:

a. Maintain up-to-date statistics and records on candidates.

b. Work with the recruitment team and the L&D team for on-boarding.

5. Other responsibilities:

a. Coordinate and execute in-house and external events. This would include documentation and operational responsibilities for successful execution of these initiatives.

b. Maintaining up-to-date campus lists and tracker.

c. Expense management and budget tracking.

d. Calendar management.

e. Opportunity to support the team on global resourcing efforts.

The person:

1.MBA (Full Time) MANDATORY of Batch 2007-2009 ONLY APPLY

2.Should have at-least 2 years overall experience in HR with direct involvement in campus relationship management. Detailed and current experience entailing direct ownership of campus programs would be preferred.

3.Should have proven excellence in dealing with a broad range of campuses including top tier Business Schools, Engineering colleges and Arts and Commerce colleges across multiple businesses within an organization.

4.Should have excellent project management and multi-tasking skills.

5.Should have proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

6.Should be able to travel to different cities to attend campus events throughout the year.

7.Should be experienced in working with senior management using effective verbal and written communications and should have working experience at the tactical project team level.

8.Should have working knowledge of creating and monitoring project scopes, budgets, schedules and project plans for campus initiatives with an eye for detail to envisage and therefore avoid project delays and produce zero-defect work.

9.Should possess the ability to self-start, find solutions and deliver results within strict deadlines.

10.Should be able to handle a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.

11.Should have strong skills in written and verbal communication.

12.Should possess strong relationship management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally.

13.Should have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
