CTC: Depending upon current CTC - Negotiation (in INR)

Brief Role:

This is an HR Business Partner/ Generalist profile for an International Food Chain Retail, where:

- End to end HR support has to be provided to the Operations (Store) teams in the city.

- May have to indulge in recruitment to certain extent.

- All HR related process (e.g.: compensation, training, performance management, etc.)

- Implementations for the supported business (Technology; system upgrade etc.)

- Business Partner engagement

- Vendor Management and Negotiation,

- HR Query resolution, Etc.

- HR Coordination and Excellent communicator (In English in Particular).

Required Candidate's Profile:

Experience: 2.5 To 4 (Years) of Relevant Experience is required.

Preferred verticals: (Food Chain Retail, Retail, IT, Telecoms, FM Consumer Durables, FMCG, Pharmacy (OTC) etc.)

Skill set: HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, End to End Recruitment, T&D, Corporate HR.

- MBA - HR ( 2011 -13 pass out via Regular Curriculum - TIER I & II ) with minimum 2.5 - 4 years of Experience as HRBP & Recruitment.

- Mandatory Linguistic Proficiency: English, Hindi and the Local Dialect (Telugu).
