Key Highlights:  - Exposure to handle end to end HR data example: Recruitment, Taleo, Oracle fusion, performance appraisal, Kronos etc.  - Will get an exposure of handling different tools like ERP, Oracle fusion, Micro strategy, R Studio.  - Candidate with 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics and Reporting with hands on knowledge of HR process and policies would be considered  Responsibilities:  - Analyzes production, Headcount distribution, employee/other cost along with other aspects of human resources from business success and talent risk mitigation aspect to formulate and develop advanced and predictive analytics of all employees across locations.  - Possesses full technical knowledge and considers the HR Analytics implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.  - Prioritize the business needs of the operations using finite available resources in order to develop a solution that is consistent with the current human resources, business and technology strategy  - Support the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs  - Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.  - Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.  - Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.  - Serve as the domain expert for human capital analytics  Qualification and Experience  - Should have a Master's degree in Business, Computer Science or statistics.  - 5+ years of experience in HR analysis and reporting.
