www.spectral.in is hiring for one of the leading BIG 4 Global Accounting Firm based in Gurgaon. Looking for candidate who should have good experience into Financial Research.
Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
- Preparation of Detailed company profiles (4- 10 pager)
- Industry analysis and Opportunity papers
- Identification of listed company comparables
- Calculation of trading multiples
- Calculation of weighted average cost of capital
- Identification of comparable transactions and calculation of transaction multiples
- Manage a team of 6-9 people
- Conducting company and industry research based on financial numbers and industry trends
- Analysis of financial statements, Ratios etc.
- Knowledge of Financial/Business Modelling,Valuation is required.
- Evaluating the Mergers and acquisition that take place in the various sectors.
Desired Profile:
- MBA / CA / CFA with 4-7 yrs of relevant working exp.
- Min 1 Year of experience in Team Handling.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in financial research (quantitative & qualitative research)
- Have knowledge of research databases like Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Factiva, Thomson, etc.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
