AM-Financial Reporting-CA-Ist and IInd Attempt only- (2-5 yrs)

JD :

- Ensure Accurate & Timely Internal & External Financial reporting involving various legal entities for India.

- Ensure the preparation of various details for Direct & Indirect tax assessments for efficient tax management.

- Efficient management of all the inter-co invoicing and its timely settlement on an ongoing basis.

- Completion of Indian GAAP audit in an efficient manner within the agreed timelines involving various legal entities in India

- Accurate Monthly Financial Reporting as per UGAAP and ensuring accurate calculation of income tax, deferred tax and operating expense accrual etc.

- Follow up for closure of open Purchase orders from various departments.

- Prepare Cross Company invoices for various services rendered by the business unit to associated legal entities outside India.

- Compliances to Indian Accounting Standards and Company's internal accounting policies.

- Supporting the tax team in various Direct & Indirect tax assessments by providing the necessary information in a timely manner.

- Lead the implementation of IFRS.
