Job Responsibilities :

Must have good understanding of Non - IT recruitment

- Must have good understanding of Non- IT Skills, Travel or E-commerce domain would be preferred

- Good interviewing skills of candidates.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages.

- High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.

- Must have Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites,
