Job Responsibilities :
AM - Employee Welfare
- Shop coordination
- Attendance/Leaves & Payroll Management
- Formulation of HR Policies, taking care of Employee Welfare
- Record and Maintain employees Database and update accordingly
- Organizing various events from time to time, festivals, sports day, family meets and various health checkup and other camps.
- Visiting and coordinating with families on Happy Sad occasion.
AM - Talent Acquisition :
- Analyzing the manpower requirements in various departments and doing manpower planning for the same.
- Taking care of whole recruitment process, starting from forecasting, analyzing, interview procedure till closure.
- Preparation of Job description according to current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordination for Manpower planning.
AM - Contract Workmen Management :
- Management of Apprentices and contract workmen.
- On Boarding and Relieving of temporary workmen & Apprentices.
- Statutory Compliance and communication for them as well as their overall management.
