AM - eCommerce Online Operations (2-4 yrs)
We are on online e-commerce / social recommendations portal, operating for top businesses in India and abroad. We are looking for a dynamic professional with online operations expertise, who thrives in a high energy environment, work hard and play hard!
Specialties Required:In-depth knowledge of e-commerce & content management for online portals.
Tracking key metrics, reporting and identifying gaps in metrics
Content / copy writing & editing. Professional expertise in movies, media, apps, games - mobile content
Diplomatic - Handling effective client relationship and maintaining client retention.
Team Handling - Effective team player, have grown along with the teams and developed the ability to lead / mentor teams all the while acting as a team member.
- Experience in handling Magento platform for backend operations
- Planning / development of online product listing.
- Analyzing essential competitor / customer trends pertaining to the product.
- Handling Social Media Marketing and SEM Campaigns.
- Create e-mail marketing / newsletter ad content
- Creating content for online ads.
- Working closely with the product team on developing social media / mobile applications.
- Conceptualizing application and working with the product team to see it to the end.
- Internal / external communications with regards to statuses / updates.
- Working at par with sales / account management team to provide effective support.
- Content acquisition from signed up business partners.
- Handling end to end operational activities to get the content live on the website.
- QA - Perform final editing before making the content live.
- Optimizing the content within the site for SEO traffic.
- Client Relationship - Handling vendors, providing online and offline support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Educational requirements -
1. BA/B-COM/BSc in any discipline, MBA preferred
2. Solid English language proficiency
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Organizational and interpersonal skills
5. Team leading skills
