Manager for a Manufacturing Company in Chennai  Experience:   - The candidate must have atleast 2-5 years of experience in Due Diligence and Mergers and Acquisition.  Skills required are: Financial Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisition, strategic planning, strategic initiative, financial analysis  - Candidates from BIG 4's in Due Diligence/Mergers & Acquisitions preferred.  - Should be able to communicate in Tamil  - Only Male candidate  Education: CA/ICWA/MBA  Key Responsibilities:  - Will be involved in Mergers and Acquisition Strategy and Process and Due Diligence  - Technically assisting MD in various strategic initiatives at the Organization level.   - Formulate and implement corporate/divisional/business-unit strategies  - Identify and evaluate appropriate M&A/alliance opportunities and targets  - Monitoring the financial health across various levels in the business.   - Financial Analysis and Financial Modeling.  - Strategic Planning, market and business analysis encompassing latest developments and competitor intelligence.  - Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and partners  - Maintain confidential reports and records.  - External & Internal interface on behalf of MD  - Presentations and reviews for Chairman, Board and other appropriate authorities.  - To monitor tasks delegated by Managing Director to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines  - Must be ready to travel international and domestic  Interested candidates please send in your updated CV with following details:   Current CTC (Cost To Company):  Expected CTC:  Notice Period:  Current Contact Nos.   Shalaka Pradhan  Datamatics Staffing  9892115177
