Job opportunity for position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Young Talent Management with a leading Indian Conglomerate based in Mumbai
Job Description:
Managing the end to end HRLP:
- Manage the end to end process for HRLP including Recruitment, on boarding, Performance, Training, Talent & Career Management.
Pre-joining engagement, On-boarding & Induction:
- Pre-joining engagement and interaction with all participants to understand their stint preference
- Design an effective induction and on boarding program for all participants including interacting with Senior Business Leaders across different functions during the induction.
- Organize an outbound program for participants of all programs that will focus on competencies like team work, get results, initiative, communication and creativity.
Stint Management:
- Interact with BHR / UHR / Business Managers for Stint requirement for participants.
- Take feedback from stint managers and participant during their stint and for performance review
Mid Year Review & Confirmation Appraisal:
- Coordinate the mid-year and confirmation appraisal review with Senior Leaders for the participants performance review
- Ensure feedback is taken from all stint managers and mentors before the performance
- Share feedback of the midyear and confirmation appraisal with the participants.
Final Placements:
- understand the business and function preferences from all participants for final placement and the participants complete their Career Tests on Xpand portal
- Facilitate their career conversations togain an understanding of roles they should choose.
- Liaison with BHR / UHR / Corporate Functions for available roles and share the roles available with the ABGLP participants and manage the placement processs
Participant Engagement:
- Mentor / Buddy Program:
- Assign all participants Senior leaders as their buddy
- Ensure the participants leverage Mentor / Buddy program
Training & Development:
- Identifying their training needs by interacting with the participants
- Organize training programs during induction, Mid Year Review, Confirmation appraisal
