Designation : AM / DM - Product Marketing

Gender : Female 1st preference/ Male

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managing Life cycle of Subscribers belonging to different Business Segments.

- Conceptualizing Marketing Strategies for Usage & Revenue Enhancement and Retention of Customers based on key Insights.

- Responsible for New Product Developments, Pricing Strategies, Creating GTM Plans & Post Launch tracking.

- Managing Ancillary Services like 121, Chotta Credit, Balance Transfer, Happy Hours.

- Prepare Annual & Monthly Revenue Forecasts along with Formulation of Monthly Activity Plans for Target Achievements.

- In depth daily tracking & analysis on various Business KPI's along with Competitors KPI Tracking.

- Instrumental in driving revenue enhancement initiatives

- Need good experience in product development . Strategic planning, product launch, Usage & revenue, Product Management

Personal Specifications:

- Ability to work under pressure and a focus for achieving targets

- Analytically sound and ability for data crunching

- An eye for detail and ability to translate observations into presentations

- A creative mindset and an ability to work around obstacles

- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)

- Good communication skills and team working ability

- A Qualified MBA

- U&R/Product Marketing Experience is essential
