Experience required : 5 - 8 years in Human Resources as Generalist or Specialist
Qualification: Engineering Graduate + MBA preferred (avoid MBA + BCom combination)
Job Purpose: To assist in the implementation of groupwide HRMS system
Job Context & Major Challenges: The Job holder will be required to quickly grasp new technology.
Key Points:
- Candidates who can manage the technology aspect of this job along with training and support to users of the various modules of Peoplesoft are preferred.
- Pedigree of Educational institutes along with organisations worked for is important.
- Should not be a job hopper
- Candidates from large organisations who has been exposed to large employee base will be preferred.
