Position I : AM/ DM/ Manager - Legal (7-9 years)

Location: Chennai

Litigation exposure is required. ( part of global compliance if compliance is not there it is fine )

Profile:

Good com and drafting skills dont want candidates form LPO but preferable from Corporate Exp ( 7 to 9 ) 2 to 3 years in court and rest in Corporate .

- Analyzing of executed contracts and advising business / delivery teams on interpretation of contractual positions.

- Drafting notices to customer, employee, vendor, etc rafting responses to statutory, customer, vendor, and employee notices, etc.

- Legal recovery process - follow up set process on recovery from customers / employees

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution proceedings

- Research in compliance initiatives, corporate governance initiatives, international regulations and case laws

- Interacting with counsels for legal advice and follow up actions

- Handling employee related legal issues

- Legal Risk Assessment

- MIS

We are looking for Corporate Experience only.

Skills: Legal, Statutory Compliances, Contracts.

Qualification: LLB/ LLM from reputed universities.
