CA or MBA from Premier Insitute

Must have knowledge of accounting, IRR (Internal Rate of Return), NPV (Net Present Value) & ROE (Return on Equity).

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of Corporate Finance. Should be able to deal with multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of monthly financial statement, Revenue, SEC reports and other MIS.

Finanlization of Revenue of ARCs under different GAAP

Analysis of monthly performance with Budget and provide key MIS to various stakeholders

To lead quarterly revenue call with Global stakeholders.

Assessment of investment paper at the time of purchasing portfolios basis historical performance on similar portfolios and suggest appropriate pricing

Preparation of various presentations for management review meeting / board meeting - financial results, portfolio performances,budget, reforecast etc.

Providing various supports to Management team for preparing strategic business plan - computation of revenue under USGAAP, segment reporting, suggestions for reducing cost etc.

Providing various inputs for SR ratings and RBI reporting

Required Skills

CA/MBA from Premier Insitute

5-7 years of experience in ARC / NBFC / Financial services companies

Strong knowledge of GAAP and Financial Management

Proficiency with MS Office including strong knowledge of MS excell and MS powerpoint

1) Strong communication skill is necessary as the person will be required to work with senior management

2. Strong learning agility as the person has to work on new assignments
