Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts (premium & above only) for the branch
- Ensure Activation and value build-up in newly acquired current account customer portfolio (premium & above only)
- Provide regular inputs to the CANI sales team on competition benchmarking, opportunities and segmentation, CSE staffing and productivity, product features and quality of portfolio acquired
- Responsible for monitoring the portfolio health of all newly acquired non-managed retail current accounts in the branch, with respect to on-boarding, activation, value build-up & AQB maintenance
- Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile
- Focusing on Profile-based selling approach, for cross - sell of value added products/services and exploring potential for new to bank liability customer acquisition through referral of portfolio customers.
- Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer visits / contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries.
- Ensure Catchment Profiling for branch for CA potential with help from CANI team
- Work in close consultation with the central product team to modify the product features / parameters to suit the need of portfolio customers/prospects (Product Customization)
