Designation Band: AM/DM/Manager

Reporting to: Group Head Nature of Job (on roll/off roll): On roll

Department: Media Marketing

Job Location: Gurgaon / Delhi

Years Industry Preference (If any): Media

Job responsibilities:

Key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable

- Deliver revenue in tune with targets at identified yields

- Ensure full coverage of clients and agencies within the region

- Coordinating with planners & buyers of Advertisers and Agencies to ensure internal timelines

- Understanding client business needs & seasonality and accomplishing a plan to fulfill targets accordingly

- Providing & analyzing competitive intelligence

- Make a proper presentation for the client based on their needs

- Providing solutions to clients towards maximizing revenue for the business

- Conceptualize & monetize Special Initiatives

Years of work experience: 4+ Years

Past experience: Sales experience, preferably in media ( well versed with understanding of on ground marketing concepts)

Should have done sales stint for at least 2 years in his/her career

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent communication skills; Presentation skills; Strong executive presence; Strong analytical abilities; Strong negotiation skills

Focused and dedicated

Entrepreneurial & innovative

Ability to network well within clients and agencies & also know about forthcoming campaigns
