Support Zone/corporate function on Employee Life Cycle Management, New joinee integration, Employee grievances, Exit Management etc.  2. Ensure the Hiring for assigned zone/Corporate functions is closed within stipulated TATs.  3. Coordinate smooth on-boarding of zone/corporate employees.  4. Coordinate the employee engagement activities in the H.O and other initiatives like the Global Volunteer Day.   5. Create a database pool of positions relevant to the Company.  6.
