Responsible for direct sourcing & identifying potential candidates for mid/senior level roles across functions.

- Effectively managing candidate /hand-holding candidates & ensuring closures within the timelines.

- Partnering with business/internal stakeholders to understand business needs & deploying effective mix of channels & techniques to deliver high level of service & quality of candidates.

- Maintaining database & working on PeopleSoft to drive resourcing processes within the bank.

- Managing on-boarding & ensuring operational excellence & increase compliance across talent acquisition policies & procedures

- Combination of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Activities
