Position: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager-HR/ IR

Location: Tatisilwai, Ranchi

Qualification: MBA- HR/ PGDBM- PM,IR/ LLB

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Steel or manufacturing company

- Should be well-versed in Laour Law, Domestic Enquiry, Contract Labour Management

- Recruitment, performance appraisal, employee development

- Good Liaisoning skill

- Statutory Compliances

CTC: Rs. 6 – 8 Lakhs

NOTE: Bihar or residents of Ranchi or Jharkhand will be preferred.
