Job Description:
- Taking care of Manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.
- Responsible for implementation of Talent Management under the scheme of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Utilization & Talent Retention.
- Responsible for conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
- Responsible for all IR (Industrial relation) activities.
- Responsible to submit the statutory compliance and various returns as per applicable laws.
- Assisting to implement Long Term Settlement (Wage Agreement) with Unions and Acted as a core negotiating committee member during negotiation with Unions.
- To handle discipline and grievances related issues
- Employee life-cycle management from recruitment to retirement.
- Contract labour management.
Desired Profile:
- Hands on experience in generalist profile, Human resource, IR, Statutory compliance activities.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
The position would be responsible for entire HR activities and operations comprising 3 locations. The total employee strength which consists of Management Staff, Clerical, Casual, and Contract Labour.
