We are having opening in a Manufacturing Company for AM/DM - HR Generalist, Please find below details:  Qualification: MBA in HR (Full time) from a reputed institute (Tier 2 College)   Location: FIP, Gurgaon   Nature of Experience: Around 2 - 4 years experience in Manufacturing industry in a Generalist profile with exposure in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, OD Interventions, MIS   Reporting: GM - HR   Job Responsibilities:  - Talent acquisition - To acquire right skills sets with minimum lead time using multiple resources for HO/RSO & the units.  - PMS - Effective implementation of performance management system for management staff through timely reviews and appraisals.  - Employee Development - Ensure Training & Development programs as per the organizational needs.  - Talent Management - Contribute in the various OD interventions like AYEP, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation, Competency Assessment etc.   - Induction & Exits - Proper induction for all new joinees; Updation of Organization Charts for all functions; Conduct exit interviews and exit analysis.  - MIS - Coordinate with various Units for MIS compilation and presentation to the Management.  Other Support Work:  - Providing adequate and timely support to subsidiary companies for all HR related business processes i.e. Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Policy Formulation, JD's and Goal setting, and maintaining smooth IR & ER.  Note : Only Male candidate can apply.  If you feel interested share your CV with below details:   Current Salary: Exp: ECTC: location:  Namrita Jain TalentMint Consulting Pvt.
